Oh, Birth Control.
So my Nuva Ring came with STICKERS. They say “In” and “Out” on them and have a cartoon lady on them. I assume I am supposed to put these on my calendar, so that when I have guests they may point to it and go “Oh, ring in today I see.”
Yeah I’d rather not have that conversation.
Anyways, I’m loving the ring. Only slightly more expensive than the pills I used to take, and I don’t have to remember to take it everyday. It’s bigger than I thought it would be (about the size of a thick elastic hairband) I can’t even feel it once it’s in. One of my roommates is on it and although she says she’s experiencing some side effects (weight gain, headaches, cramping I think) I haven’t had any. I’ve also been on birth control since I was 15, so I don’t think a new one would change me all that much.
Anyway. Nuva ring = 4 stars in my book. Well done.
